Bone conduction intercom [design, housing design, prototyping, inspection jigs]

【Production Achievements】 It's okay even amidst the cheers of the stadium! ◆ We also manufacture wiring bending test equipment and intercom testing jigs!

This is a bone conduction type intercom. At the request of an automotive parts manufacturer, I was responsible for product design, concept development, detailed design, and prototyping. Additionally, I have also created jigs for measuring the pressing pressure of the bone conduction module and for conducting bending tests on wiring. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Bone conduction earpiece <Design and Prototyping>

[Production Results] We designed the frame after several prototypes to test the pressing force and other factors!

We designed the frame for a bone conduction intercom. It is intended for use in noisy environments such as construction sites. Unlike conventional intercoms (headsets) that use regular speakers, this intercom utilizes a bone conduction module, so we repeated several prototypes to refine the frame design, considering factors like pressure application. Additionally, we incorporated a feature that allows it to be disassembled in the center for portability, making it compact when carried. We created a simple mock-up along with design drawings to validate the fit. After that, we conducted 3D modeling to design the housing. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
